When you download the Pay4Me App from Google or the Apple Store, you come to this page below
After registration, you have an option to get verified as a user. However, if you don't get verified and try to do a transaction, this page shows up on your screen.
You select a payment option
After payment, the app brings you here. We have to confirm that we received your payment.
When we receive your payment, we send you this page:
You will also see this on your transaction history.
After confirming your payment, the Pending Status automatically changes to Processed.
Tips for Taking an Appropriate Picture
Original ID, Not a Copy: You must use the original ID for verification purposes and not a scanned copy or a photo of a photo.
Clear and Legible Photo: Take the photo on a solid background to ensure clarity. The app cannot verify you if it detects any blurriness. All fields on your ID must be easily readable.
Check Expiry Date: We cannot verify an expired. In addition, we are only able to accept unexpired government-issued IDs.
Include Full ID in the Photo: We may not verify you if you don't take the appropriate picture. Make sure all four corners of the ID are captured in your photo. Focus on capturing all the essential information.
Name Matching: If you have a mismatched name, we won't be able to verify your identity. The name on your ID must match the name you provided on your application.
